Assumptions

  • Full co-operation and disclosure of all necessary information of all parties involved
  • Clearly targeted and reduced scope (1 application, one product, limited number of devices - up to 3; limited training groups)
  • Similar build to previous experience (i.e. - no new programming language)
  • Configuration of assets (both technology and reporting - i.e. MIS - at client site)
